I've never done this before. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Tamani.com is a piece of cake.

• Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).
• Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.
• Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
• After you're done choosing products, click on "View Cart" (located on the top right).
• Review your cart and click on Checkout.
• Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
• Thats it! You will receive an email and an SMS notification confirming your order along with your order#.
• Somebody from our team will then call you to process your order. Easy isn't it? :)

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders on the phone at this time. Our site is available to take orders all the time though! :)

I placed an order but I have not received any calls. What happened?

Before processing your order, we will call you and make sure everything is as you expect. If you have not received a call from us after you have placed your order it could be because..

• Its the middle of the night. :) The Tamani.com customer service team works from 9am to 6pm Saturday to Thursday.
• We are not able to reach you on the number provided (wrong number/busy line/phone off etc).

For #1, please wait till the team is back in the office and they will give you a call.

If you think it is #2, please get in touch with us immediately by calling +971 4 4034888 and we will process your order.

I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?

Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don't want to wait, that's fine too. Drop us a line on support@Tamani.com with the missing information or call us on +971 4 4034888. Our team will update the order as per your instruction.

I made a mistake while placing my order. What now?

If you've placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don't worry. Just call +971 4 4034888 and someone from our team will help you out.

I placed an order and paid online using my credit card. Can I cancel my order now?

Sure, you can. Please call +971 4 4034888 immediately so that we can stop the order from being processed. If the order is already processed, you can still cancel the order but cancellation charges may apply. See Returns/Cancellations for more details.

Where can I see all my orders?

You can see your entire order history from the "My Account" section of the site. Log in with your username and password and click on "My Account" to access this area.

How do I track my order?

Each order on Tamani.com goes through a series of steps to ensure that you get the best online shopping experience. As the order goes from processing to processed, picking and in transit, we notify you via email/SMS about each status update for your peace of mind. If you want to manually check the status of the order, that's pretty easy too. Simply log in to Tamani.com and go to My Orders. You will see the most up to date information about your order there.

What are my options to pay for an order?

• Credit Card / Debit Card Online: Pay online through our 3D Double Secure MiGs gateway.

What cards do you accept?

Our payment gateway accepts almost all kinds of credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within the UAE is free for all orders above AED 150. For international deliveries, you will be quoted at the time of checkout. Delivery Charges will be based on the weight of the products in your order.

Where do you deliver?

We delivery worldwide. If you do not find your country on the checkout page, please get in touch with us so that we can assist you further.

I don't want you to deliver. Can I collect my ordered product/s?

We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries. However, if you want to collect the product yourself, please let us know in advance so that we can make it available for you.

How long does it take to deliver?

We usually deliver the same/next business day in the UAE if the order is processed before 2pm. At times it may take 2 working days. For international deliveries, it usually takes between 3-7 days.

Is Tamani.com safe to shop from?

100% Yes. We've invested in some of the best systems in the world. Plus, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information relayed between Tamani.com and our gateway is encrypted using a Geotrust RapidSSL 256bit SSL certificate (HTTPS). We've passed stringent compliance tests set by our bank and MasterCard to be able to accept payments online.

Will I be spammed?

No. You will never be spammed by Tamani.com. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.

How do I change my password?

Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. Its easy to change your Tamani.com password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to "My Account". Enter your new password and save.

I don't remember my Tamani.com password. What do I do?

Everyone's been in this situation at some point. To reset your password, click on "Log In" on the top right and then "Forgot Password". The Tamani.com system will automatically reset your password and send it on your registered email. Come back to the site, log in using the new password and change it to something you can remember.
